Abstract This project is a study of a multipurpose building (ground floor+5floors), will be implanted in Tipaza, this area is classified in area II according to (RPA99 version 2003). -The résistance of the structure to the horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a mixed system (frames + shell walls). -The dimensioning and the calculation of reinforcement of all the resistant elements were established in accordance with the Algerian standards into force (CBA93, RPA99 v 2003). -The dynamic study was undertaken according to the numerical method based on the finite element method with the help of the software "SAP2000 version21". -Lastly, we studied the infrastructure by calculating the foundations.
